Process

Following are the stages on which strict quality control is done by our team :

Raw material receipt and quality check.
Top and tailing (peeling).
Mechanical peeling + washing with chlorinated water.
Washing with sterile water (10ppm cl-2).
Slicing / cutting.
First stage drying in imperial dryer.
Second stage drying in hot air continuous belt dryer.
Continuous belt air cooling.
Skin removing by air aspiration.
Color sorting by color sorting machine.
Metal detection & rare earth magnet cleaning/detection.
Weighing & packing.
Checking each bag, Dispatch & Storage for Export.
